What do you do well? Badly?

Postby crit4889 » Sun May 20, 2012 6:45 am

This question was posted on another website I go to - a Doggy Website.

Out of about 12 people that posted, all but one listed "housekeeping" as something they did badly. The one agreed she was weird, but said she enjoyed cleaning. We decided a love of dogs must include tolerance for shedding hair and muddy tracks on the floor. I wonder if we'll find something similar in a writing website?

Do Well: cooking, criticising fiction (and non-fiction), hanging wallpaper

Do Badly: housework, driving a car, necessary confrontations

Do well: Cooking, Cleaning, Logistics/scheduling

Do poorly: Driving, anything involving animals, keeping up correspondence

You can call me weird if you like. I like to think I'm just me.

Do well: interact with people
Do badly: inteact with people

-you may not be sure how that works, but it is the clearest way I can express this.

Do well: clean, mentor, host, craft, (write I hope)
Do badly: I'm not a fast writer. People usually post how many words they got done in one day. Like 5000. I'm unable to do that. :(
